About the Treatment
Achieve smoother, tighter & younger skin within minutes with Sublime™ RF. Formerly known as the Refirme™, this treatment uses a combination of radio-frequency, bi-polar & infrared energies and works by heating dermal tissue which has experienced collagen loss. This stimulates collagen production and produces a firming effect in lax skin. By remodelling the dermal layer of the skin & stimulating new collagen growth, fine lines & wrinkles are reduced and lifting can be noticed on sagging skin. Skin tone & texture appears smoother & more toned.
Although mainly aimed at addressing anti-ageing and skin laxity concerns, this device can also be used on a much younger, volumcious skin to contour and define the cheeks. The V Sculpt technique that has been taught to our clinicians, can help in achieving the famous Kim K look.
Sublime™/ Refirme™ RF are often compared to other treatments that fall within a similar family like Thermage & Ultherapy. Thermage is advantageous because only one treatment session is required for an optimal result, whereas the Sublime™ requires more sessions to match the same level of tightening the Thermage does. In our experience about 3 treatment sessions are required to achieve a similar result.
Sublime™ is convenient in the sense that it does not require any pre medications to calm you prior to the treatment, meaning clients can drive themselves home.
Recommended Number of Sessions?
As mentioned above, from our experience, 3 treatments performed at 3-4 weeks apart is ideal. Your body will then take anywhere from 3-6 months to create its max dose of collagen and it is reccomed that a single session perfromed every 6 months will allow you to maintain the results.
If your looking to sculpt and contour the face, you will notice an immideate contour even after a single treatment, however the results will not have longgevity as if you were to do a full course of 3.
